The most comprehensive male screening programme, spanning two days with the complete cardiac prevention assessment, whole-body MRI, urological examination with prostate MRI, and MRI colonoscopy. The urological component includes multiparametric prostate MRI with AI-assisted analysis, PSA testing, and specialist consultation — leveraging ALTA's particular expertise in prostate diagnostics.

The Premium Plus programme for men builds on the two-day Premium format by adding a dedicated urological assessment module that draws on ALTA Klinik's core specialisation in prostate diagnostics. Dr. Lumiani's team has performed thousands of prostate MRI examinations and developed the clinic's proprietary AI-assisted analysis protocol. The urological module includes multiparametric prostate MRI on the 3-Tesla scanner, which produces detailed images of the prostate gland across multiple contrast sequences (T2-weighted, diffusion-weighted, and dynamic contrast-enhanced). These sequences are analysed using the PI-RADS scoring system, augmented by ALTA's AI analysis tool, to identify suspicious regions that may warrant further investigation. PSA testing (free, complexed, and ratio) provides biochemical context alongside the imaging findings. Day one covers the cardiac prevention suite (resting ECG, stress ECG, echocardiography, spirometry, blood work) and the whole-body MRI. The urological examination and prostate MRI are integrated into the imaging session. Day two focuses on MRI colonoscopy.
