The examination is priced per the GOÄ (German physician fee schedule) and includes the radiologist's interpretation, a written report, and the image data. The most commonly requested CT scans at the Berlin site include: **Joints (€280 native):** CT of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, or ankle, providing high-resolution bone and joint imaging. Particularly useful for characterising fractures, bone lesions, or complex joint pathology where MRI is contraindicated. **Spine (€280 native):** CT of the cervical, thoracic, or lumbar spine segments. Useful for bone detail in cases of suspected fracture, spondylosis, or post-operative assessment. MRI is generally preferred for soft tissue and disc pathology, but CT remains the gold standard for bony structures. **Head and Sinuses (€300 native / €490 with contrast):** CT of the brain and skull base, or focused paranasal sinus CT for sinusitis assessment and surgical planning.
