Surgery to remove excess, drooping skin from the upper eyelids, which can make the eyes look tired or heavy and, in some cases, intrude on the field of vision. At the Aleksandra clinic the procedure is carried out by Dr Sidorowicz through fine incisions hidden in the natural eyelid crease, so the resulting scar is well concealed. It can be done under local anaesthesia or, for more anxious patients, under light intravenous sedation. The fee covers aftercare dressings and review appointments.
