The Fotona laser platform at AKESO Dermatologie uses two complementary wavelengths — the Er:YAG (2,940 nm, highly absorbed by water) and Nd:YAG (1,064 nm, deep-penetrating) — to address a broad spectrum of skin concerns through multiple proprietary treatment modes. **3D Face Lifting (12,000 Kč):** A three-step protocol combining intraoral mucosal heating, SmoothLiftin collagen stimulation, and external skin tightening. Each pass works at a different tissue depth to stimulate neo-collagen formation, tighten lax skin, and improve overall facial contour without injectables or surgery. **4D Face Lifting (18,500 Kč):** Extends the 3D protocol with an additional Frac3 pass that targets deeper vascular and pigment irregularities, followed by a PIANO ultralong pulse for deep volumetric heating.
