About this treatment
Radiofrequency (RF) skin tightening works by delivering controlled electromagnetic energy into the dermis and subcutaneous tissue, raising local temperature to 40–45°C. At this range, heat denatures existing collagen fibres — causing immediate contraction — and stimulates fibroblasts to synthesise new collagen and elastin over the following weeks. The result is progressive skin tightening, reduction in laxity, and improved tissue quality.
AKESO Dermatologie uses the Exion RF system, which incorporates AI-assisted energy delivery to maintain consistent therapeutic temperatures across the treatment area while monitoring skin surface temperature in real time to prevent overheating.

Who is this for?
Adults with mild to moderate facial laxity, neck and décolletage ageing, body skin laxity, acne scarring, or stretch marks who prefer a non-surgical approach.
Preparation required
Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin. Avoid tanning or sun exposure on the treatment area for 2 weeks prior. Do not use topical retinoids for 5 days before RF microneedling. Inform the physician of any implants, pacemakers, or metal devices in the body.
