A molecular (component-resolved) allergy panel based on the ALEX test, screening a single blood sample against 160 allergen sources at once — including pollens, foods, animal dander, mites and more. It is for people with allergy symptoms who want a broad, single-test overview of what they react to and how strongly. Self-pay with no referral — book and pay online, attend a collection point, receive a detailed allergy profile.

About this treatment

AGELLAB's Allergy Package uses ALEX, a molecular multiplex allergy test that screens a single blood sample against a very wide range of allergen sources — on the order of 160 — covering inhalant allergens (such as pollens, house-dust mites and animal dander) and food allergens in one analysis. Unlike testing one suspected allergen at a time, this component-resolved approach measures responses to many individual allergen molecules simultaneously, which can…

This breadth is particularly useful for people with multiple or unclear allergy symptoms, where a broad map helps focus subsequent management, and component-level detail can sometimes distinguish primary sensitisations from cross-reactions. The results are most valuable when interpreted by an allergist alongside the clinical history, since a measurable response does not always equate to a clinically relevant allergy.

The analysis is performed in ISO 15189-accredited AGEL-group laboratories. The test is fully self-pay and consumer-facing: clients choose the package in the AGELLAB e-shop, reserve a slot and pay online, then attend the Ostrava-Vítkovice collection point or any nationwide collection point for the blood draw. No special fasting is required. A detailed allergy profile report is delivered after laboratory processing.
