Microneedling (also called medical needling) at Ästhetikwelt Berlin is a gentle cosmetic skin-quality treatment performed with the REVIDERM SkinNeedler. Many fine needle punctures are made across the face and neck to stimulate the skin's natural collagen production. This collagen-induction effect is associated with firmer, more refined skin and a fresher, more youthful-looking complexion, and may support improvements in texture and tone over a course of sessions. Each treatment includes a mask as part of the REVIDERM SkinNeedler protocol, and the practice provides a Reviderm needling aftercare kit. The face-and-neck treatment takes around 60 minutes; extending it to include the décolleté takes around 75 minutes. The treatment is suitable for every skin type and is socially presentable straight away. Because results build progressively, microneedling here is bookable only as a course (Kurbehandlung) rather than a single one-off session — the number of sessions needed at the outset depends on the condition of the skin and the goal, and sessions can later be spaced further apart once the desired effect is reached. Microneedling is non-injectable and can complement injectable treatments such as PRP, fillers or Botulinum toxin as part of a wider rejuvenation plan.
