Permanent Hair Reduction

Permanent Hair Reduction uses IPL/DPL at Aesthetic Nurse's Clinic Edinburgh to support a gradual reduction in unwanted hair. The clinic states that it is suitable for all skin types, including darker tones, with settings assessed for individual skin characteristics. The listed protocol is six sessions spaced four weeks apart, followed by maintenance treatment every six months. Between sessions, shave rather than wax, pluck, thread or epilate. Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding and requires screening for tanning, photosensitising medicines, active skin problems and other listed exclusions. Results vary and are not necessarily permanent.
