Ultherapy deposits focused ultrasound energy at precise depths within the SMAS layer and deep dermis, stimulating collagen neogenesis and providing a lifting effect over three to six months. Morpheus8 combines radiofrequency energy with microneedling to remodel the dermis and superficial fat simultaneously. Ellacor uses minimally invasive micro-coring to physically remove small cylinders of skin, prompting wound contraction and skin tightening. Treatments may be combined and are suitable for patients not yet ready for or not seeking surgical intervention.
