The Skin Line gold needle electrocoagulation treatment at Aaron Laser targets dilated facial blood vessels, spider veins, hemangiomas and spider nevi using a fine gold needle that delivers a precise electrical current to the vessel wall, causing it to coagulate and close. The technique is performed by a dermatologist who assesses each lesion individually under direct vision, ensuring accurate placement with minimal impact on surrounding tissue. Preparation required
