Biostimulation Laser Therapy

Aaron Laser's biostimulation laser uses low-level laser therapy (LLLT) — a cold, non-ablative laser that does not cut or heat tissue — to accelerate the body's natural healing and regeneration processes at a cellular level. It emits coherent light absorbed by mitochondria in damaged or stressed cells, increasing ATP synthesis and reducing inflammatory mediators. At the clinic it is used therapeutically for wound healing, post-operative scar revision, cold sores (herpes labialis), acne, scalp and hair treatments, and as an adjunct to gel mask application that enhances active ingredient penetration. The 100 Kč per session price makes it one of the most accessible treatments at the clinic.

Low-level laser therapy (LLLT), delivered at Aaron Laser through a clinically proven biostimulation laser device, applies coherent monochromatic light at non-thermal intensities — the photon energy is absorbed by cellular chromophores but produces no measurable heat, cutting or vaporisation of tissue. The primary biological target is cytochrome c oxidase in the mitochondrial electron transport chain: photon absorption there increases the production of ATP, reduces oxidative stress and activates transcription factors that upregulate growth factors, including those responsible for fibroblast proliferation, collagen deposition and angiogenesis. The net effect at the tissue level is faster wound closure, reduced acute and chronic inflammation, enhanced nerve regeneration and accelerated scar remodelling. At Aaron Laser, the biostimulation laser serves several distinct clinical roles. As a wound-healing accelerator, it is used post-surgically after minor dermatosurgical excisions performed at the same clinic, and for managing slow-healing ulcers and pressure sores. For cold sores (herpes labialis), LLLT at the prodromal or early blister stage may shorten episode duration and reduce pain — a role documented in multiple small trials. For inflammatory acne lesions it can reduce erythema and speed resolution without the bacterial kill of blue LED, which is complementary rather than competing. On the scalp, it is used alongside or in place of the Hairbelle biostimulation comb to support hair follicle activation. The laser is also applied over the skin during gel mask sessions to activate the bioactive components in the masks (ASKLEPION, LASOCARE, BOTOMAX, REVITAMAX formulations), a protocol specific to Aaron Laser's treatment menu.
