The initial session takes 60 minutes and includes thorough removal of plaque and tartar (supragingival and subgingival scaling), polishing, and personalised oral hygiene instruction. Recall visits at 1,300 Kč keep the gum and tooth surfaces clean between full sessions. Dental hygiene is especially important during orthodontic treatment — aligners and braces create additional retention sites for bacteria — making the service a natural complement to the aligner programme.
About this treatment
Professional dental hygiene removes the calcified deposits (tartar/calculus) and soft biofilm (plaque) that cannot be eliminated by home brushing and flossing alone.
