Dr. Jeffrey Spiegel performs upper and lower blepharoplasty at The Spiegel Center in Newton, MA. Techniques include traditional external-incision upper blepharoplasty, transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty (scarless, through inner eyelid), mini eye lift (under one hour, local anaesthetic), and deep plane lower eyelid lift. Upper blepharoplasty restores the upper visual field in functional cases and an open, youthful appearance cosmetically. Lower blepharoplasty addresses under-eye bags, herniated orbital fat, tear trough hollowing, and fine skin creasing.
