Medifis Clinic runs a full oral and maxillofacial surgery service led by MUDr. František Slíva, covering surgical removal of impacted wisdom teeth, extraction of fractured or luxated teeth and tooth buds, surgical exposure of retained teeth for orthodontics, apicoectomy with cyst removal, autotransplantation/replantation, periodontal and pre-prosthetic ridge surgery, and treatment of cysts and other lesions. Procedures are performed in an equipped surgical suite under local anaesthesia on an outpatient basis, planned with digital 3D radiography for low radiation dose and precise localisation of nerves and roots. Bone defects after surgery can be supported with the clinic's in-house PRGF growth-factor concentrate to speed healing. Pricing for surgery is quote-based.
