Surgical breast augmentation using silicone or saline implants to increase breast volume, restore fullness after pregnancy or weight loss, and improve symmetry. Performed by Dr. Brooke R. Seckel MD FACS at Emerson Hospital's Clough Surgical Center in Concord, MA. Implant selection, incision site, and pocket placement were customised to each patient's anatomy and goals during a pre-operative consultation. The practice closed in September 2023.

Mastopexy (breast lift) to elevate and reshape the breast mound, reposition the nipple-areola complex, and remove excess skin in patients experiencing ptosis from ageing, pregnancy, or weight change. Technique selection — periareolar, vertical, or full anchor — was guided by the degree of ptosis and skin excess present at consultation.
