3T MRI of a single knee joint evaluating menisci, cruciate and collateral ligaments, articular cartilage, and subchondral bone on the MAGNETOM Vida scanner.

The knee MRI at Sagena uses the 3T MAGNETOM Vida with dedicated knee coils to achieve high-resolution imaging of the internal knee structures. The Deep Resolve AI reconstruction enhances detail in the menisci and ligamentous structures beyond what conventional 3T imaging provides. The radiologist systematically evaluates the medial and lateral menisci for tears and degeneration, the anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments for partial or complete disruption, articular cartilage across all three compartments, and subchondral bone for marrow oedema or occult fractures. The examination typically takes approximately 20 minutes. At CZK 6,000 (approximately EUR 240), this is competitively priced compared to MRI facilities in Prague or Western European cities. For patients needing bilateral knee comparison, a two-joint package is available at CZK 10,000. Children aged 5-15 receive a 30% discount on all services.
