Comprehensive one-time testing with targeted diagnostics based on personal health risks. Includes 100+ biomarkers across 50+ medical categories: advanced blood work (hormones, lipids, insulin, metabolic markers), cardiac assessment (ECG, Lp(a), ApoB), DEXA scan (bone density, muscle mass, visceral fat), and physical fitness testing.
The Diagnostic Plan is Everlab's foundational testing program, covering 100+ biomarkers across 50+ medical categories to screen for early indicators of over 1,000 diseases. It combines advanced blood work with DEXA body composition scanning and cardiac assessment — the core diagnostics that longevity physicians use to establish a comprehensive health baseline. Blood testing covers twelve categories: heart health (ApoB, Lp(a), lipids), cancer detection markers, metabolic function (fasting glucose, HbA1c, insulin), autoimmunity, kidney and liver function, gender-specific hormones, blood and bone marrow function, genetic health indicators, allergies, heavy metals, nutritional status (B12, D, iron, folate), and electrolytes. Gender-specific testing is included by default — men receive prostate markers while women receive reproductive hormone panels. The DEXA scan provides clinical-grade body composition data — lean mass, fat mass, visceral fat, and bone density by region — which is significantly more useful than BMI or scales for understanding metabolic health. Heart health assessment screens for cardiovascular risk factors that are commonly missed in standard GP check-ups. All results are delivered through the Everlab app with personalised reference ranges, trend tracking, and a customised screening schedule that tells you when to retest each biomarker. Testing is completed at any of 1,850+ vetted partner diagnostic facilities across every Australian state and territory.

Who Is This For?
Anyone wanting a comprehensive health baseline with blood work and body composition data, without the full protocol of ongoing coaching and retesting
What's Included
Preparation Required
Fast for 10-12 hours before blood draw (water OK). Morning appointment recommended for accurate hormone and cortisol results. Wear comfortable clothing without metal for DEXA scan.
Biomarkers Tested
4The combined measure of all cholesterol in your blood, including HDL, LDL, and VLDL. While useful as an overview, the breakdown between HDL and LDL is more clinically meaningful for assessing cardiovascular risk.
Often called 'bad' cholesterol, LDL deposits cholesterol in artery walls, contributing to plaque buildup and atherosclerosis. LDL is the primary target for cardiovascular risk reduction through diet, exercise, and medication.
Often called 'good' cholesterol, HDL carries cholesterol away from arteries back to the liver for removal. Higher HDL levels are protective against heart disease. Exercise, healthy fats, and moderate alcohol intake can raise HDL.
The most common type of fat in the body, stored for energy. Elevated triglycerides — often from excess sugar, alcohol, or calories — increase cardiovascular risk and can cause pancreatitis at very high levels.
