A 30-minute Profhilo bioremodelling treatment using ultra-high concentration hyaluronic acid injected at 5 BAP points to deeply hydrate skin and stimulate collagen and elastin production.

Profhilo is a distinctive injectable product that occupies a different category from conventional dermal fillers: rather than adding volume or structure, it functions as a bioremodeller — an agent that improves the quality and architecture of the skin itself. The product consists of an ultra-high concentration of hyaluronic acid (64mg in 2ml) in a hybrid form that combines high-molecular-weight (slow-release) and low-molecular-weight (fast-release) HA chains without chemical crosslinking agents. This formulation allows it to flow and distribute through the tissue rather than remaining localised like a traditional filler bolus. The treatment protocol uses the patented BAP (Bio Aesthetic Points) technique, injecting the product at five specific anatomical points on each side of the face — points chosen to maximise distribution through the tissue planes via the body's own hydraulic pressure. The product spreads from these injection sites to hydrate a wide area of facial skin, and both HA fractions stimulate collagen I, III, and elastin synthesis in the surrounding fibroblasts through the mechanical stretch they create in the extracellular matrix. The result is a genuine improvement in skin quality — increased hydration, improved skin laxity and firmness, and a visible 'glow' — rather than volumisation. This makes Profhilo particularly suited to patients in their 30s and 40s experiencing early skin quality decline, or as a complementary treatment alongside fillers or botox to improve overall skin health. The standard protocol is two sessions spaced four weeks apart. Most clients see a visible difference in skin hydration and quality within two weeks of the first session, with full results apparent after the second. Maintenance injections every 6–12 months sustain the collagen-stimulating effects.
