Each patient receives the identical assessment: consultations with an internist, ophthalmologist, cardiologist, and neurologist, plus abdominal ultrasound, EKG, and the full laboratory panel covering CBC, glucose, lipid profile, ferritin, vitamin D, TSH, and liver and kidney function markers. The scheduling is coordinated so that both patients move through the assessment in parallel where possible, with staggered specialist appointments to minimise waiting time.
