# Longevity.haus — Pricing

## For patients (users of the platform)

**Free to search, compare, and book.** No account required to browse; no subscription tier gates any clinic, treatment, or provider profile. Creating an account unlocks bookmarking and order history but costs nothing.

Treatment prices shown are set by clinics and quoted in the clinic's local currency (we display a converted price in your chosen currency for reference — see `fxUpdatedAt` in MCP responses for FX freshness).

## For clinics

Commission-based. No listing fee. Clinics pay a percentage of confirmed bookings originated by Longevity.haus.

- **Inquiry-only listings:** free
- **Bookable listings (stripe-connected):** commission on completed bookings, tier based on volume
- **Premium placements (promoted in search/listicles):** separate agreement

Clinics can self-serve via [/business](https://longevity.haus/business); larger chains contact us for account management.

## For agents (API / MCP)

**Free to use** all read-only tools:

- `/api/mcp` (MCP 1.0, 7 tools)
- `/api/treatments.json` (full catalog)
- `/api/search-data` (location + price indexes)
- `/api/exchange-rates` (EUR-base, Frankfurter upstream)

Rate limits: roughly 60 req/min per IP with burst tolerance (application-layer). No API key required. If you need higher throughput for a commercial integration, email us.

## Transparency note

- All patient-facing prices in native currency come directly from the clinic and are updated when the clinic updates their listing.
- Converted prices use Frankfurter FX rates, cached 1 hour. Responses include `fxUpdatedAt` so you can judge freshness.
- Longevity.haus does not mark up clinic prices. The platform fee for patients is 0; clinic commission is baked into the clinic's own price, not added on top.
